2. Software License (GPL)

Unless otherwise stated, our WordPress plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This grants you the freedom to use, modify, and redistribute the software. However, support and automatic updates are strictly tied to a valid purchase from our official marketplace partners.

Marketplace Transactions

Epicbite Labs utilizes third-party marketplaces such as Codester and CodeCanyon for all financial transactions. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment security are governed by the terms of the specific marketplace where the purchase was completed.

3. Support & Updates

Support is provided exclusively through our marketplace profile or official email. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. Support covers technical bugs and installation assistance but does not include extensive custom modifications or third-party theme conflicts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Epicbite Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital products (including site crashes or data loss).
